The Certain Bar opened on September 1st, 2017, in Kokura,
Kitakyushu-city, Fukuoka, which is a place located in the
western part of Japan. Kyushu is a region full of nature and blessed with locally grown food.
Kitakyushu-city is located in the northernmost part of the Kyushu region.
With mountains in the back and the ocean in the front, it is a very convenient city when it comes to
transportation and distribution. We will be honored if we could show you the
commitment of local farmers and introduce ingredients from great nature to you through our cocktails.
With respect to all living things, we will continue to focus on using organic ingredients as well as relevant themes,
such as “local production for local consumption” and “food waste”.
The goal of the Certain Bar is to offer

we have had for the bar.

In order to make the most of ingredients, in addition to using traditional recipes and mixing techniques, we make our cocktails with the help of gastronomic method, such as centrifuge, sous vide, fermentation, distillation and liquid nitrogen. We also make sure to use as much organic and naturally grown wild ingredients as possible.
